Frozenheart was born from despair which turned to hope.

Love is the most powerful force in the search and recovery of internationally abducted children.

Parents and children who are internationally abducted deserve a level playing field when it comes to recovery of their children using the international legal framework for returning abducted children.

Frozenheart is determined to ensure that no child or parent lose each other because of financial barriers to recovery and fair justice.
